MARKETPLACE PROJECT

We would need to complete set up for new marketplace based on ilance.com software with following special add-on features. Ilance is based on php/mysql and has vry advanced features already buily-in.

Graphics/Content
We will need to adapt key ilance existing templates to own content / graphics (html)

Supplier and buyer Registration/profile
Add custom fields
Different templates / colors for public profile depending on level of registration

Bulk register existing suppliers / buyers
Bulk register / import multiple suppliers in database

Affiliation
Affiliation system that credits users account that has referred another buyer / supplier

Bulk catalog upload
Possibility for suppliers to bulk upload products using some kind of xls format or wizard

Product/service wizard
Possibilty to integrate a wizard that helps users write description with sets of attributes for each category so that descriptions follow a clean / professional pattern

Fixed Sell Price table
Possibility for sellers in « fixed price » to offer volume discounts table example
From 1 to 10 12,00 US from 10 to 20 10,00 US 20+ : 9,00
(right now you can only set a fixed price for each product or lot)

Shipping calculator
Possibility to integrate a shipping cost calculator for products shipment
Cost depends on
- Country of seller
- Country of buyer
- Weight
- Shipping service (fedex,..)
Buyer when registered should be able to see prices including shipment depending on his country and supplier country

Shipment tracking
Integration with main shippers (fedex, ups, ems, tnt) tracking system so that buyer can follow shipment

Catalog
Product Suppliers can manage a long term catalog (validity in months, not days) of products including for each a description, multiple pictures, price details.

Project permalink
Generate a link for each product or project so link can be emailed.

Message board
Private : Possibilty for Buyer to see messages from bidders but biddeers cannot see
FAQ : Possibilty for Buyer to post clarifications on his project that are visible to all bidders

Smart Bidding
Possibilty for Buyer to request bidder to fill in a small form with custom questions so that terms bids can be compared not only on price . Example :
Price / Delay / Technology use / Port of shipment
Buyer should be able to rate bids

Product sample ordering
System should allow buyer to pay for sample including shipment cost

Smart stats
admin should have some kind of smart rating or profiling based on activity log stats (time to answer bid, bids won, failed projects, time to pay, etc.)

Contract terms
Buyer can request that bidders sign a DNA contract or any other standard document that clarifies agreement between buyer and seller. Basically we need to prefill standard contracts and set up an elecronic signature process between parties.

Supervised project
When a project is awarded by buyer, a “project room” should be created by a script in a project software such as dotProject.net or similar in which project members on all sides are invited, can follow up progress and share data based on users rights. The marketplace admin can supervise project progress and help in case of disputes etc.
