Hello.
I need a shipping module made for Zen Cart.
It will be for a Local Delivery Option. Under $100 the delivery will be $5.00, over $100 the shipping will be free.
I also need a drop down box asking what day of the week they want it delivered (delivery days are Teus, Wed and Thursday only). It also needs to ask what time the delivery should be made (between 12pm and 7pm).
It also needs to have a checkbox to certify that a person over 21 years of age will be home to accept the delivery.
Lastly it needs a warning that only one delivery attempt will be made, and a box for a phone number to reach the person at before the delivery attempt is made.
All of these options need to show up on the orders page when viewing the details of the order.
I think this should be doable by modifying the table rate shipping module, but I am not familiar enough with the zen cart code to do this myself. It would be quicker/easier for someone with more zen cart experience to take care of it.
