We have several e-commerce websites and different websites use different customer service email boxes. We want just use only one OSticket. We want to integrate all the website portal tickets to the same OSTicket system. So all the demands are base on OSticket system.
OS Ticket Generate:
Our Customer Submit the Ticket from different website portal to the same OS Ticket.
Our previous customer service emails which need reply will auto generate the ticket.
Different website Ticket will be auto signed to different departments.
The ticket can be resigned to another Tech Support department when the Customer Service department cannot solve it.
The Tech support department reply is invisible to customers, only customer service department reply is visible to customers.
We have 3 websites (actually, we have more): www.web1.com, www.web2.com, www.web3.com

We want to integrate all the customer questions to the same OSticket system.
We need web1.com website ticket auto signed to Web1 Customer Service Department.
And the email request ticket from and to the Name2 Customer Service Department.
When the Customer Service Department cannot resolve the ticket, it can transfer the ticket to Tech Department, and the Tech department can offer the suggestion visible to Customer Service Department and then transfer the ticket to Customer Service Department.
We need this all be done in 5 days. We can pay by hour or total.
