I have a E-Commerce Website developed on PHP OSCommerce v2.3. I need to get some small designs and functionality issues rectified and changed.

The issues will be like :
1. Changing the Layout of a Page. For Ex. : [login to view URL]
2. Making some change in the functionality like IP to Location functioanlity is implemented in the site. Put Default City when IP is not found in it.
3. Adding option for Discount Coupon in the Site.
4. Resolving an random SQL 1064 error which occurs on the product listing page.
5. Linking of Upload Thumbnail image in the Article Section to Admin
6. And a few more issues !
