ZenCart Import Data w/ Php module

Project Description:
We sell computer parts - both instock and broker.
need to get php code module that can import CSV
- the module needs to be duplicated 4 times - for different vendors
- add menu options to zen admin for
Vendor1 - Vendor4
-and Total DB Wipe
set cat - for some vendors or items
set price for some vendors or items
Set qty for items
Set MFG for items
Clean import data -
Set descriptions and meta tags
need - ZC to be able to accept CC with - will call module
- need ZC to accept some input - Call for price
- need module package documented files for set up from scratch - cause ZC often updates and sometimes we need to rebuild from scratch

php download to export all to a master CSV

Add a menu to my zencart to Import my data

show data being imported as its loading

if price > 0 then price = 0

setup for if price = 0 then Customer should CALL for Price

This is a pretest data set - may need a minor change to logic
depending on dataset format of price from my customer 3rd party

After data is uploaded it should show as products in the store
just as an end user would see the home site

data needs to be FRESH for ALL uploads
delete old data / load new products and mfg

attached is sample data
site will be a FRESH - CLEAN install of ZC
