Building a platform to offer Online Shops for small and medium business similar to http://www.shoptet.com.br/, http://www.iluria.com.br/ or http://www.shopnix.in/. Using open-source is accepted. Many features are already build in in software like Open Cart or Magento so that the main aspect lies on the development of the automatic registration and setup of a new shop and an easy and simple to use interface for non technicians.
Specific requirements will be given as we proceed further.
Additional Project Description:

Due to the fact that some bidders think I'm looking for a new template for creating my shop I will explain more deeper what I'm looking for:
As mentioned in the project description my goal is to lease online-shops to small and medium size companies. The biggest part of this target group are not confident with the requirements of setting up their own shop with the (open source) software that's to find on the internet today (Magento, OS Commerce, Zen Cart, OpenCart etc.)
Though I'm from Germany I live in an asian country with an enormous economic growth. In comparision to what I use to know and to use in Germany is this country still in the stoneage. But here is an enormous growth and power. Thousands of shops competing with similar product in similar ways. Selling is more a question of luck and fate than clever marketing strategies. That's where my idea comes in.
1. The average income is low so my target group needs a reasonable offer to be motivated to start their own online shop.
2. The admin-panel of the OS-software I know like OpenCart and Magento is overloaded and way to complicate for beginners.
3. All the details of the hosting-process of a webshop is to complicate for the average user.
that leads to the following requirements:
1. The system must be able to setup and configure itself automatically as much as possible. After registration a new user has to give some basic information to setup a subdomain, the server configuration and the database.
2. A wizard with the basic steps for running the shop leads the user through the process.
a) a layout chosen from a catalog
b) individual modification of background color/pic, header config and logo upload
c) categories, products and product variants
d) shipment and payment
f) terms and conditions
As much as possible the user should be able to use wysiwyg
A good model for what I would like to have is http://www.shoptet.com.br . After registration (for free and using google translator) you can see what I mean.
I won't describe the obvious features for this kind of software. Security, password resetting, statistics, google analytics, SEO, different forms of payment and shipping, caculation of shipping and taxes, email notifications, newsletter, discounts and vouchers etc. comes with most of the modern OS-software.
I'm not sure about the best basis for this project. Features like facebook-connectivity are essential because for the most people here internet and facebook are the same :-). Automatic billing is a good selling arguement but not every platform offers it. Magento seems to be heavy and slow, OpenCart slim and easier to maintain but buggy. Maybe you can recommend a good way to get this done?
I'm looking for a long term relationship with a reliable partner.
