Hi,
I have a project for developing a website + iphone/ipad from PSD files.
I would like to know what CMS are going to suggest me that is the best for my website or if you don't let me know why you would prefer making it custom from PHP.
Please let me know your prices separately for:
1. Transphorming the PSD files for website into a Joomla template
2. Making that template functional(add functions to buttons, pages...etc)
3. Transphorming the PSD files into HTML/CSS
4. Making that HTML/CSS files work as PHP and then add functions to the whole website.
5. Make the iphone/ipad app from PSD files
