I created a simple list manager application for you. (attached zip folder: app.zip)
If you would like to test the API, use api-tester.html. Please test it out and make note of the required inputs and the resulting outputs.
When developing, please do NOT use my instance of the app. It is here for demo purposes. I expect you to recreate this app on your own server space.
All the PHP files have already been created for you. I have provided those files in the attached zip for 3 reasons:
- You can look at them so you can see how the backend works.
- You can set up your own instance of the application on your own server space, with your own db and db access.
Notice I used PDO instead of mysqli so you can see some PDO code in action. However, you will need to run this on a server that supports PDO (or modify the code to use mysqli).

I have created a video for you so you can see the final application in action. Please use VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/) for viewing the video file. VLC automatically reads subtitles that are stored in A1.txt.
