Virtuemart in Joomla is implemented, products have additions. By choosing in the flypage the additions, the total price should be shown immediately on the top of the page (ajax).

Here is an example of the non diynamic status, the total price is not shown (only later in the cart), so the customer don't have the total price by choosing various additions:
