Project Description:
Looking for someone to create a script to run a site similar to the following

(adult) http://www.porninspector.com
must be done in php/mysql. would prefer to have most of the display generated periodically (cron) and not dynamic.
The basic concept that differs from the sites above is that we want one "head reviewer" to review certain aspects of the site ( see below for details) and then lots of "member reviews" for other aspects (see below for those aspects). Each user has to have a login, based on whether they are a head reviewer or a member, they would get the following "add a review" form in the admin...

Master Admin
Seperate from the head reviewer or member admin, there needs to be a master login with settings. Things that should be configurable from this admin are
1. the rating categories one wants to rate (the defaults are listed above, but should be editable from here)
2. the amount each item weighs on the total rating
3. reviewer admin, to add or review new head or member reviewers
4. edit a review, this master user should be able to edit all reviews including the ablility to add "outside review scores"

installer
This script should come with an installer which takes a mysql dbname, username and password , and creates the needed tables with the default values above.
This installer is then deleted once the script is fully installed, as everything is configurable from the master admin
