Project Description:
English a priority. Experience with Drupal vital. Looking for experienced team to use for future, more complex Drupal projects. Will pay bonus for good work on time. Details below are contained in the attached word doc.
GRC Project Details:
1) Convert the small GRC website to a Drupal website. See current static site at www.rentokilinitial.com.au/grc
2) Make News and Articles section on home page editable
Allow user to edit the items in the NEWS & ARTICLES column on the home page.
3) Create Online Booking Form with Payments
An Online Booking Form will be created to secure online bookings.
i) Booking Form Fields (Validation required. To be advised.)
Service Requirements:
Display list of available services as dynamic checkboxes. These items will need to be managed from within Drupal. Fields will be: Service, Price, Active.
Client Information:
• Name,
• Address,
• Email,
• Fax,
• Method of Report Delivery (select from static radio buttons)
Property Details:
• Property Address,
• Real Estate Agent,
• Agent Phone Number,
• Strata Manager,
• Strata Manager Phone Number,
• Strata Plan Number,
• Lot Number.
Display some static text in the top section ("Prices include GST are only valid until a certain date").
ii) If the user selects a service called “Building Inspection”:
Display a message to customer indicating that they are required to read GRC Terms and Conditions before proceeding. Display Terms and conditions in a scroll box. Agree checkbox beneath it. User needs to check “I agree” checkbox and then click proceed button to continue.
iii) Payment:
User proceeds to payment form that processes their payment (allowing payment by paypal or credit cards) using Paypal.
iv) Confirmation:
Booking details are converted to a pdf document and emailed to admin email (see word doc).
Confirmation screen appears with all booking details for user with the option to print the confirmation.
