I need a php developer who has experience in parsing images and extracting the text from them. This is not a captcha, it is a simple image with a number in it. I need a function that will parse all images with a number and return the number value. Attached is the image that needs to be parsed. 50% of payment will be released upon demo, remaining will be released after I do a code review and test against different images. Do not bid if you have no experience in this.
