Field Service Web Based Application

Field Service Web Based Application Looking to design a complete web based application to streamline a Field Service Company. The application will need to be able to accept request for service, allow office employees to be notified of projects, also allow outside contractors to login and update their service work orders, also the system will need the ability to lookup jobs. Another important part of this application is the ability to attach photos to work orders, it will have to be able to upload groups of pictures not just a one by one application. I will attach sample forms that will need to be integrated into the system. I also have a flowchart of system it is larger then 512k so I will need to email it. Please note: I will be reviewing with the client as work is completed and will need to make changes to things as we go. Will choose a company that will be able to communicate and show progress of work in development.
