I am in the process of having my website designed. It is an ipod repair website.
I require require 3 forms 2 of which can just be a simple form mail which are contact us and buy my ipod.
All 3 forms require some kind of validation.
The other however needs to go like this and is the repair form.
The customer clicks on fix my ipod > choose ipod > choose repair > then takes customer to a form fill out details agree to terms and conditions> payment page how would you like to pay? Google checkout or Paypal, goes to merchant to pay > once payment has been taken invoice will be emailed to customer and me > if have ipod counter that will moves up > and then send customer to thanks you page with reference number and saying that a invoice and instructions have been sent to your email address then shows an option to print the invoice straight away.
The process works very similar to wwwdotukipodrepairsdotcodotuk but i require an invoice to be sent to both mine and the customer email address in html rather than just plain form mail this will include my logo and some other details. I have drawn a draft for what the invoice should look like and can send that if need be with what i require to go on the forms. It is important that the invoice will be able to print straight away on a4 and look professional.
