Help needed PHP Contact Form/Login

DEADLINE: IMMEDIATE START. programmer will be selected in the next 12 hours and is to begin immediately. Programmer will be hired for 2 hours. No exceptions. I need help with from an experienced PHP programmer. I will need my contact from and login pages to do the following tasks: DESCRIPTION: 1. All existing HTML Pages must be converted to PHP. 2. Use of includes to reduce site maintenance must be present throughout site. 3. [login to view URL] Page a. The page validation will now be performed server side using PHP. b. Appropriate error messages will be displayed to the user. c. The user will not have to fill in all the fields again if they entered in invalid data. d. User details will be stored in [login to view URL] file e. A user cannot be entered twice (email address must be unique). 4. [login to view URL] page ­ or facility A user's entered email and password are checked from a file called users.txt. a. If the email doesn't exist or the password is wrong, a simple error message: 'user does not exist OR password is incorrect' must be displayed, and the user can try again. b. If a match is found, the user must be tracked across all pages using a session object. c. The login page / facility must be replaced with a logout page / facility saying 'Logged in as {fname} {lname}' and have a logout button. The logout button will destroy the user's session object and the login page / facility will be restored. I already have PHP code done for the registration page, however, it is not working at the moment, I think I have made mistakes with my variables. I am looking to hire someone in the next few hours, and Will need them to work on this project tonight, and finish it asap. I'm only looking to hire someone for a maximum of 2 hours, so only apply if you are an experienced programmer. I will provide all the server details and files to the programmer I choose to work with.
