Project Description:

Main:
- User level access - to enable individual access to only the authorised parts of the system (ebay, or amazon, or magento, or messaging interface etc.., super user, or any multiple of them.)

Central Inventory:
-Be able to list SKU, showing it general information, supplier info, if it is active on ebay/amazon/magento store
-Be able to track all SKu's and stock level of each SKU.
-Be able to set alert levels when a SKU falls below a set limit.
-Be able to take the SKU off {AUTO} ebay/amazon/magento webstore when it falls below a set level

eBay:
- Be able to pull in all Sold&Paid items (orders - status = Awaiting Postage) - WHEN these orders are pulled in the CentralInventory will be decremenred. Please see the ORDER section below for more info on this section.
- Be able to change status of orders i.e. Processing, Awaiting Postage, Dispatched
- Be able to sent out {AUTO} emails to customers at each stage of status change.
- Be able to take off an item {auto} from ebay when central inventory level falls below a set limit.

Amazon:

Same as ebay

Magento Store:

Same as ebay

Messaging Interface:
- Be able to integrate into ebay's messaging system, so customer emails sent through ebay can be stores, organised and replied to. This must use ebay api and not reply on any email softwares etc..
- Be able to integrate amazon's messages. This can use a email software/email address
- Be able to integrate magento messages. This can use a email software/email address
_ all messages must be linked together when they come from the same person - for example the person can be identified by their USER ID.
- Show small screenshot of (that customers)past customer transaction, along with the message on the side.
- Enable to fill up message with pre-saves replies - then ammend slightly and sent to customer - nothing having to type same messages so many times.

Orders:
- Show all orders - be able to search orders using order id, user id, customer email address, customer name, order status - be able search for a user id etc.. inside a particular order state. For example - User ID: tmehta IN Awaiting Postage
-Show order status next to each order
-Show small amount of item information, customer info with each order and be able to click on each for more info.

Suppliers:
- List current suppliers
- Raise supplier orders by simply clicking the low stock items and other items (CentralInventory) and press a button to generate a order sheet (with product details like barcode, sku, description) and allow to input the required quantity to generate a excel file for the required order. This excel sheet can then be sent to supplier.
- Allow the same order file to be added to CentralInventory to confirm the SKU's have been delivered to warehouse and can now be shipped to customers (increase relative product quantity)

Orders:
-The orders that come through to the software will need to be pulled off in .csv file so they can be sent over to the warehouse system for packaging. This will be the PICKING List.
- The picking list will need to be formatted. The rules for this formatting is:
1) Each package can be a max value of £17.99. So if Item A = £5 and Item B = £10 and Item C = £10 then item A and B can be sent together but item B and C cannot be sent together. In case of item B+C the order will have to be split to creat a new order. One with Item B only and one with Item C only. The same applied if 2 x Item B are ordered. They will need to be split. The new order will have the same Order number as old + 1 extra digit added to end to make a new order record.
Note - the Value of £17.99 does not include the shipping price paid by the buyer. It only includes the item price.

-We need functionality to be able to create a new order from existing order. Consider the following scenario: Customers gets delivery of the item and finds it is different to what they ordered, or would like to swap ot the item has come damaged. In this situation we need to be able to search orders, select the order in question and click (create new order from this). The next screen will then allow us to change the product, address etc.. and we can then press "Create Order", which will create a new order at status Awaiting Postage and can then be processed as a normal order
