Project Description:
This project will include making modifications to the PHPBB3 template named 'REFRACTION' by Rocket Theme
1> modify an existing phpbb3 template to include the phpbb3 social networking modification.
2> add a menu bar with drop boxes to existing phpbb3 template just below logo
3> adjust existing columns in order to accommodate a new column on right hand side for banner ads
5> add menu bar at very top of page with 'log in / log out' option, sign up now button (taking you to registration page) and icons for facebook, twitter to share website on other social networks
