I need someone to optimize a PHP/MySQL query which is slowing down my board software. It should get rid of "SELECT DISTINCT", just like described at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/distinct-optimization.html

For the specific query, see the attachment.

If I'm satisfied with the successful bidders job, there night be more optimisation jobs to come.

Budget is limited to $15 as this is a rather quick job for a experienced programmer.
