Original PHP/ HTML script (ASAP)

Project Description:
Project Type: Original PHP/ HTML script

General requirement: A simple PHP script that will post data to a HTML page. The idea is a form that has several fields so that simple users can add image paths, and plain text.

Concept: A template generator for eBay auction templates. Most of the HTML page will be static, but there will be editable areas for:


-product title
-description (3 separate fields)
-policies (several headings and description fields)
-May be 12 - 16 fields total
-several image path fields to display product images with limited size and auto resizing to fit the limit proportionately(with browse functionality to locate files)
-another field with the server path that will append to the image paths once form is submitted (i.e. http://www.hostedimagesite.com/images)and will post correctly to the HTML page.

Also, user login (secure with to avoid hacking)

I just need the php programming portion done. Then of course provide the field tags to add to the HTML page that I will design.

NOTE:
- User friendly is a must
- good PHP, no junk
- NO pirating open source or otherwise - must be original (or heavily modified)
- programmer must be flexible with scope- it won't go much beyond the above description, but things may develop.. so flexibility is good.
- Must be a fast turn around (two days max)
