PHP Based Online Airways Bill Producer

We are looking for a competent and reliable coder to create the following: Brief. We are a shipping company that requires a system for our clients to log onto, enter their username and password and then to be able to enter an address (with a lookup to previous addresses either by a unique client account no. or a zip code) of the destination, details of the items to be shipped, the no. of parcels, and the weight and volume of the items. A unique reference needs to be generated at this point to be used by ourselves and the client to track the shipment (this will probably be a set no. of alpha characters followed by a code generated by the users account no. and the final destination address, or as an auto genrated ascending no. tbc). Once the information has been entered the client will then choose to print the airway bill which needs to be converted to a .jpg and/or a pdf that can be printed by the client. Once the waybill has been printed a copy needs to be emailed to the clients registered email address. The next stage requires the client to choose to 'Book' the shipping, this will save the data to the database and email us with the details and a copy of the airways bill, then through the database back office we will require to be able to log on and choose the clients requested entries either in table or form format and then produce reports based on the details, ie bookings made in week, month, year, by destination etc. The abiity to search for a particular shipment based on any of the entered details would also be useful. We also require in the backend to enter the cost to ourselves, the amount charged to the client and to be able to produce an invoice and to be able to filter by paid/unpaid invoices etc. We also need to be add information to a no. of additional fields that will be specified at the start of the project i.e. flight no., carrier name and the ability to be able to add the facility to upload a scanned Proof Of Delivery notice etc. A full list of required fields will be provided once the project is commissioned. The project 'wrapper' will be created inhouse. The system needs to be simple to use, sturdy and capable of been 'added' to at a later date, as and when we require new features. The successful freelancer will have a proven track record of php programming and be available to attend to problems within a short time of being notified.
