PHP Database Script Needed

We are in need of a MySQL PHP Database script with the following capabilities: * Able to input up to 200 fields * Upload of 2-5 images * Stored in MySQL on server * Allow for unlimited database/filenames * Surfers able to search for information by entering filename * Easily edited by admin through text editor * Easily able to change graphic headers, footers etc We would also prefer the following features: * Allow users to create an account (username/password) * Require payment through PayPal for account creation (subscription payment) If payment intergration is not feasible, then account creation should be limited to admin * Allow users to create databases using their username as a prefix * Allow users to create unlimited databases using their account *** We require the FULL rights to this script. This includes all resale and use. The basic idea for this script is to allow a user to join and input information. The user could create an entry within the database (ie: username421) and then enter information such as uploading 1-5 photos, short text (ie: name, etc) and continue to add dates when events occured (ie: 01-01-07). It would be great if the user could be required to pay with paypal to use the database, but that is not necessary. As long as they can post their information using an assigned username and password.
