I need the following forms developed in PHP and integrated together.
First -- Log-in for clients.
Second -- Log back in for users
Third -- form to order products
Fourth -- form to send to clients & users identifying and confirming order
Fifth -- form (Bill) to send to clients, users detailing the cost.
Sixth -- Database that the forms provide information to and get information from. Needs to have unlimited, editable, customizable fields.
All forms shoudl integrate seamlessly.
. I need the enclosed spreadsheets to be able to enter the quantity of a product. When the client clicks submit an email note with the selected equipment and quantity is sent to the client and at least 3 other emails. The form needs to be interactive so that it knows when a field is filled and when it isn't.
Form needs to be able to be completed per my requirements then when "confirm order" is clicked the data needs to be moved to another form which is a summary of the selected items with pricing. At the bottom of that page shoudl be a button "Place Order". At that point the customer woudl recieve an email detailing the order. The order needs to be merged into our bill. A log in area should be created for each customer. Each customer shoudl be able to assign passwords and ID for each user. Each user shoudl be able to log in and go through the order process.
Form 1 -- needs to be able a log in for clients. See attached word Document (color schemes, logos, etc. to be provided later and included in quote).
Form 2 -- Clients need to be able to assign users. Users should be able to log in and initiate an order. Orders need to be placed with a Purhchase order or connection to PayPal. This section needs to include past orders. So if a user wants to order the same thing they can select an old order and make it a new order.
Form 3 -- Once the user is loged in they need to be able to order our products. This occurrs by placing a number in the "quantity" box. The form needs to be created so that I can add products to it in multiple formats (i.e. as groups of products or individual products as illustrated by the enclosed spreadsheet)
Form 4 -- needs to be able to send the selected information -- once confirmed to at least 10 email addresses. This form shoudl be designed so that I can add people to send this information to.
Form 5 -- All selected equipment / products need to be summarized into a bill and emailed to at least 10 email addresses.
Six -- I need a database created to load my products into and to connect to each form appropriately.
