Project Description:
We need a php script that will calculate word count for a file uploaded by user.
Please note that user will be uploading doc, or docx or pdf or rtf or txt file, so your script should work for all these file types.
We are using Linux hosting, please don't come up with the solution that will work on window hosting only.
If any one has done this before he/she will be more likely to get this project.
I would like to mention that we need this script on urgent basis, so please don't waste your and our time on this as we are already late on this project.
If you can show me script working perfectly on your server as demo, this will increase your chances of winning the project.
The demo must allow user to upload any file ( doc, docx, pdf, rtf, and txt ) and then after submitting, it should show number of words on that file on very next page. You don't need to design it. I just want to see script working perfectly.
Also I would like to mention that if there is images in file uploaded by user ( for example image in pdf or ms word file), script should count the words perfectly, ignoring image.
