Project Description:
Just need a PHP page with a form that will insert data into a mysql database. Most fields will be simple text boxes and some fields will be image uploading fields.
The page should do the following once "Submit" or 'Preview' is clicked:
2) After clicking "Preview", the page will go to the 'Preview' page with all info on it. The page will have 2 choices - "Revise" & "Confirm"
3a) Clicking Revise will take them back (same as back button)
3b) Clicking Confirm will insert the data into the database and save a file like http://www.domain.com/folder/file.html (all entries will be archived basically)
Everything should be neatly coded & commented so I can save some time modifying the code.
This is relatively simple, I just don't have the time to do this myself within a day. Once it is complete, I will modify the code to fit my needs so you can be as simple as you want. Please feel free to ask any questions & do not keep messaging asking if we can start right away - you will know when I select you.
