The Staff at GAF cancelled my previous project, so I'm posting again to clarify this project.

I'm looking for an expert PHP programmer to work on my website(s) and fix some bugs/add some new features. this PHP Programmer should know CSS and Smarty templates and be able to quickly and easily understand someone else's code. In addition, this programmer should think about speed, stability, and security when writing and adding new code.
There are currently 2 bugs that needs fixing and 1 feature that i would like implemented. I think it honestly will take a good programmer about 5 hours of time. 3 hours to study and understand the code and then 2 hours to fix the problem.
your bid will be for fixing the 2 bugs and implementing 1 feature.
Payment will be through GAF. Since this project is small, I will pay at the end of the project.
