Objective of application – To allow lead management for telemarketers and call center owners
Application function – Input of leads created by telemarketers, ability to track and follow up on leads and ability for call center owners to track the progress of their telemarketers.
I have attached a well mapped layout for all functions of the script.
Please study the script in detail, it looks like it is a very large project, but it really is not, just mapped in detail.
