I want to use Zendesk to manage some tickets.
What I need is webpage and some php scripts using the zendesk api
The API's you'll need are the following:
the attached createTicket.php file is set up to get/put/post the JSOn and basic functionality
Web Page Contains
Ability to Upload CSV file of ticket IDs
Comment Area (text-area)
Assignee field (drop down)
Status Field (Drop down)
Command Line script =============
read ticket info from a view (get the requester internal ID) plus a couple custom fields
save Requester ID & customfieild1 & customfield2 to a CSV or into an Array
step through the csv/array to update the user with an organization.
As the view may have more than one page it needs to step through the pages
