PHP delayed autoresponder

I saw this project (it was posted by someone else) and it is what I need: I need a simple script that allows me to reply with Delay to people sending me an email. - Sender's Email is received to myname1 AT Mydomain Dot com - a delay of X hours/days after, then an auto response is sent to sender - (optionally) X hours/days later another autoresponse is sent to the same sender. That's it. I will define X. script needs to be efficient and reliable. - I need both responses to be going straight to the sender inbox each time. Very important. No Spam box. - Need to be able to send Html/Text in response replies Script needs to allow me to do the same thing for several email accounts I have setup on different domains. ie. I need it to allow me to set a different auto reply for each email account. And of course auto reply to all email accounts simultaneously. Script also needs to be able to archive all the emails that are recieved. Need to be done in php, need this fast! Access to Cpanel will be provided Thank you
