Poker Incentive Site

Project Description:
i am working on a poker incentive site, i am a graphic designer, and can code a little but not that well so i need help.

then click "Free Gifts" 



i need something done just like this, where a user chooses a poker room and then a gift. They then register to my site with their info, name, address, email, etc. All that info gets saved and is viewable to them. Once they finish the requirments on the poker site, i can then have something where it says "complete" in their account. I then ship them their free gift. Its all done manually. 

Also once they finish 1 site, they can pick another site and gift by loggin back in, so they dont have to keep registering.

This shouldnt be a hard project, since i am manually accepting saying that they have completed the requirments.

I have a coder who has completed the site up to 80% done, i need someone else to go in and finish the rest of the site, because this coder is working on another project for me right now. Please message me for the sites url.
