Punnett Square - Genetics

I require a PHP-based Punnett Square calculator.

The calculator would need to be able to correctly calculate the outcome based on the male and female's traits (no limit on the number of traits).

The above calculater specify a trait with 1 character in upper or lower case. I need it to be able to handle numbers instead of character, so for example one trait could be anything from 1 to 999999.

The outcome will not be shown to the visitor, as the data will only be used back-end so there is no need to tables or like.

It would be ideal if the outcome would be available as an array();
