I am working on a project where i have to integrate SECPAY payment gateway using XMLRPC request method, not the standard call back method.

So all things are very clear i want SECPAY working with XMLRPC nothing else. Payment will only be made once i am satisfied with demo and also satisfied with the code. I myself will test this code and then pay you. SO only bid if u can work under these conditions otherwise do not bid please
