Project Description:
We need simple file coded, for doing the following:
1st page, presentation message
2nd page, show 1 image, below image, present viewer with 5 radio buttons and related answers (must only be able to choose 1 radio button)
send/next button.
3rd page, same as 2nd. page.. show 1 image, and after this 5 radio buttons..
4th page, same as 2nd and 3rd page.. 1 image and 5 radio buttons,
when clicking send answer in this page, send viewer to final thank you page, where they enter email adress, and send it.
This should be stored in txt file as follows:
image1;radio1;image2;radio4;image4;radio2;emailadress
