Project Description:
I need a traffic link exchange setup at rateshots.com on the left hand side replacing the yahoo ads. There are two requires for this traffic exchange.
1. If you want a visual of what I want go to www.humorupload.com and the links page looks like this http://www.humorupload.com/list_links/ This is how I want the traffic link exchange to look and perform.
2.When a person signs up have them taken to page like this one http://www.millionairematch.com/partner/submit setup with banners of at least three different sizes. Also have text link options.
3. I also need some html work done to change some positions of some of the links on the site.
