Project Description:
I have a great little script that allows community members to announce school and business closings which in turn get forwarded to an RSS feed and can be emailed to members in our database.
I have three tweaks I need.
1. The way the script is written I can send a formatted email to those with normal email addresses and a plain text message for those that have cell phones. For some reason the message portion of the text does NOT show up. That needs to be fixed
2. I would like for there to be a way to permanently pull in a weather forecast RSS feed into the system that would scrape the syetem every 15 minutes and add it to the current output and ALWAYS at the top
