Require a mod for vbulletin to be re done so it works in the version I am currently using 4.1.3

There is a sort of version but doesn't work 100%

I require the sponsors ads to be on the first page of a category as well as on each page of threads once you click on a thread in a category and on any further pages related to that thread.
