This has to be done in PHP.
I need a "contact form creator" that allows me to create and add a custom made contact form to any website that I want.
The "contact form creator" must generate the html code that I copy and paste, and it must generate the PHP that I copy and paste. All i want to do is copy and paste the code to create the contact form.
IMPORTANT: The appliction must allow for any number of fields to be created and to name them what I want e.g first name, surname, message, email address etc.
Upon submitting the form it must go to any page I link it to so this must be part of the "Contact Form creator" i.e it asks me to enter the destination link once form is submitted. The form must also have a submit and clear form button.
For any field I create the form must have error checking to make sure for example email is a valif format email.
I want all the code for th creator at the end of the project.
