Project Description:
we need a manuscript tracking software.
1. authors register and submit manuscript
2. editor sends manuscript to reviewers
3. reviewer reviews the manuscript and submit his comments
4. editor takes appropriate decision and conveys to authors.
5. authors can revise and resubmit the manuscript.

need powerful admin to control the site. site should be able to handle very large number of users. need a installer script so I can install the site by myself
need in php/mysql and ajax.
