Project Description:
Hello. I need a simple program built that my sites visitors can download from my site. This is how it will work:
1. someone will download the program from my site
2. the program will run in that persons system tray
3. when someone goes to a site that is a partner site our icon in the system tray will flash or pop-up a window with a message
That's it. The program will just have a list of sites URLs to recognize and will flash when it recognizes one. I will need to be able to add new sites URLs to that list in the future.
