Reconfigure windows server to run php/mysql properly

My server runs on windows server 2003.But i have 1 website that requiers php/mysql/perl.
All this is installd and works ok.
Exept 1 videochat that will not work with this setup.
I have invested quite a lot for my alowens for this chatroom, so i do want it to work.
Without disrupting the working of the website ofcourse.
My gues is that php is not working propperly since some webpages are not generated propperly, while other do.
$50,- if you make the changes so the chatroom will work ok again.

Install Xampp, all in one solution!
I know how to get it working but there is also a bug in php that causes issues with Windows 2003 Server it is almost better if you run a WAMP type system for everything to work right. Let me know i can help you.
