We need expert in paypal who has complex understanding and deep knowledge about this system: working, functioning, requirements etc
We are experiencing problem with account limitation so the expert should understand all the points how to resolve this problem.
We already got an idea for resolving it. But he must discuss all it and got decision for final fixing of this issue.
Project may take up to 2 months until final fixing because currently there are pending payments and in needs some time to be deposited on PP.
The work itself is easy, because we need advice rather than technological development.
