Project Description:
I have an upload form. The form stores the file in s3 bucket. I need a set scripts to allow the following :
variables :
bench mark : limit of videos server can encode at one time
queue count : number of available servers for encoding
1. cron based
2. check db table for newly uploaded videos
A. if videos found
i. check for encoding ec2 instance
a. if no instance launch instance using ec2 toolkit
b. if instance found check benchmark for current videos on encoding on server
I. if benchmark reached launch new server
II. update queue count
ii. pass command to encode video
iii. FFMpeg trans-code video back into s3 bucket
B. updated table that video is trans-code and save s3 path
3. no videos continue;
