We need a program or script to go to the following website

* CAUTION * Not for faint of heart, has a lot of java script and session management system * CAUTION *
Need to go there and enter in plate numbers 5 at a time from a LIST
Also will be using another LIST which is RIN.txt which contains a code needed to request the data.
it will then download the results which will be 5 PDF files which are variably named
it needs to extract some data from the PDF and go to another portal of the same site to continue the process.
a live demonstration can be done via TeamViewer
