What I need done:

What I need done is for someone to write me a user friendly program/script that 2 other eBay users use. eBay Pulse is the page that shows the auctions with the most people "watching" this auction. The 3 users "jjrjg" "mystery giant" and "kekoa64" that have their auction listings on the eBay's pulse page are all using a cron script that adds +70,000 watchers at the start of their auctions and then adds 3 every minute or so.

I need an experienced programmer to write me a program to where I can have the same results as them. I do not have a clue as to how its done but hopefully one of you will.

I am very ready to do business and would prefer that in your proposal your timeframe for completion and an accurate bid.
