Project Description:
need a simple program coded to run standalone on a windows XP machine that will:
1. read a .csv text that is created and continuously updated by another application file at user defined periods and then upload the data to a mysql database hosted on the internet. The program will keep track of the original csv file to a history file so no data is duplicated at next upload.
each record to be uploaded will comprise a 6 text fields and 2 small binary files (images) to be treated as BLOB's.
I have another couple of projects following on from this so I am looking for someone who is reachable on m s n and is reliable. This is a small project so will pay around $100.
