Project Description:
Hi, I need two linux script written.
1. Takes a backup of a mysql DB
2. Takes a backup of a folder on the drive using rsync or equivalent.
3. tarz up the above two and places the backup in a location.
4. Check in code from folder to a SVN repository excluding one file.
I also need a script that will backup my entire os to Amazon S3. e.g home directories, etc, configs, apache etc. A list of packages installed will be fine, these do not need to be backed up. This has been done plenty of times using for example:

It should be simple for someone who knows how. You will need to provide me the scripts and I will test it then release the money which will/can be in escrow. I can also provide access to the box if you require it.
I will also need to know how to a restore of script 2.

UPDATE: The second script's requirements have changed. They only need upload the backups created in script 1 to amazon and that is it.
