We have a form (web page already exists) which has several features that need to be implemented, including adding it to a user's session (session-protected), automatically inserting today's date into the form, adding a link to another session-protected page which already exists, add a file upload link, remove one tab, and add a function (popup, or similar) to ask user's to check their information for accuracy and then submit the form again.
A new database needs to be created which will be for the data collected from this form. The form data will include images and working hyperlinks, so the database may need to be created using appropriate methods for such data (perhaps blob clob?).
Links for user's to access this form from within their session need to be added to a few pages.
The admin area of our site must be updated with a link where admin can view a list of all the completed forms of all users (chronologically, newest first), with a column on the table showing the status of the form (new, completed, etc.). Admin must be able to click on any of those orders in the list (assign a unique code to each order) and be able to view the completed form and to toggle the status. Also, each user has a summary page in the admin-view.. a link must also be made on that page which shows a list of *that* user's completed orders (chronologically, newest-first) with the same features/functions available as the other list (described above in this paragraph).
Good, reliable communication is absolutely required (skype, email, etc.), and we need to have a status update at least once per day. We communicate by description/explanation, not by flowcharts or diagrams, so please do not bid if you require flowcharts or diagrams.
All code (including database) must be implemented using Big5 Traditional Chinese character encoding.
If you have any questions, please post them in the Project Clarification Board, and I will answer them there.
A signed NDA (non-disclosure agreement) must be returned to us if you are awarded the project.
Please do not bid on this project unless you have completely read the description, understand the requirements, and *already know* exactly how to accomplish these tasks.
