We are looking for a developer highly skilled in CTI scripting. You must be a highly skilled Senior developer skilled in Perl, Linux, MYSQL and asterisk programming.

We have a web based operator panel that has its own custom admin panel and database attached.
In the admin panel we add customer information and assign each customer their own DID and the customers have
their own greeting.
We want to take this web based operator panel and integrate it with our fonality server using agi and cti scripting.
We need a web based phone embedded into the operator panel so that the operators can Answer, Park, Hold, Transfer
calls by clicking the appropriate button on the operator panel.
When a call comes in to our fonality server it should screen pop on the operator panel that DID's assigned company information
and in the greeting bar in the operator panel their assigned greeting.
On the operator panel when a call comes in there is a section to enter information related to that particular call. That information is instantly updated in real time in the database.The operator can then transfer the call to another agent or closer and that call record should be able to be transferred with the call giving a screen pop of the notes the agent added.
Currently we only have the web based operator panel and the admin panel with database.
For consideration please advise the best possible solution to integrate this with our Fonality phone system.
The Fonality phone system is hybrid hosted; so the asterisk core can not be modified as the core files are on Fonalitys server not our
server. You can however add agi and cti scripting and manipulate the dial plans
