Upload pictures from camera through Symbian S60 OS and 3G

Project Description:

We want to get in touch with companies that can create a software for S60 that can do:
1. Connect to a camera (E.g Canon, Nikon...) by USB cable
2. Browse folders in the camera on the telephone.
3. Choose wanted folder (e.g. 1975) to upload.
4. The software should then use GSM 3G to upload the pictures to a server through FTP and then place the folder at server.com/1975
5. While uploading there should be a progress bar indicating how many per cent done and how many minutes left.
6. Finally a finish/complete screen should show up.

A typically task/folder will consist of 10-30 jpeg pictures, and the size will be up to 300-400mb.
It is very important that the copy/upload alogrithm preserve the quality of the pictures.

We are not sure about the complexity of this project. Therefore, we want you to give us a price proposal and please let us know when you can deliver this program.
