I am planning a photography project and am looking for someone to work on the 3d element.
I am going to shoot a series of portraits of people in everyday scenarios and everyday location, and I then want to give the people a pixelated effect. So you will end up with a pixelated person in a real environment. There will be one pixelated person per photo.
The plan is for the pixel effect to have depth, as if the person was constructed out of a kind of 3d lego. I don't want the photoshop mosaic type two dimensional feel.
This video and stills gives an idea of the look I am going for http://www.ufunk.net/en/publicite/get-real-get-outside-une-publicite-anti-geek-qui-va-plaire-aux-geeks/ . But I want the people to be more clear and "real" feeling than this, done so we can see what their expressions are (Most of them will be smiling). I will be able to send you more samples and details if you do the project.
Please get in touch and give me an idea what effect you would be able to achieve and what you would use to do it. Also if you could give me a link to your previous work so I can get an idea of what you do.
Please let me know what you would charge per photograph and let me know if you need any more details.
Cheers and best.
