8 sketch line animations

I will need 8 (approx) shot animations for an upcoming App. These animations will be short tutorials for the "how to use" the App. The briefing is being developed, and will keep being developed on the go, so I don't expect bids to be closed and final, we will discuss that on the go. I just want to find someone good and with experience. - The stile we are looking for is simple visually, very line - sketchy. I don't care which tool is used, or even if it's hand drawings as long as the art is good. - Source files must be delivered at the completion of the project, and may be required at any time, and the final output should be .mov videos, HD quality. - The animation is about a man with a business, so nearly all action will happens with just a character and a space (shop, restaurant...) - The briefing is still to be decided, so I don't know if animations will be 30 sec. or 2 minutes. We will provide: - Storyline and graphics such as icons. When: - Fist iteration is 2nd August, we need to have something by then (first version for the 8 or so videos). Later on we keep working on it, I expect to add many changes as the project develops. So we will need to agree on "endless changes" till the end date of the project, or agree a price for each iteration.
